Website Troubles and Upgrades

If you have been to our website in the past week you have probably had a horrible experience. The site has been running very slow, sometimes taking up to 5 minutes for a page to load. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

The reason for the slowdown is an upgrade to our site. I won't mention what it is, but some customers who have placed orders this week got a preview to the change. We have disabled the upgrade as our software developers come up with a solution.

Since we were in the mood for upgrading the site, I am also taking this opportunity to increase our website security. In the days of stolen identity, we are strongly committed to protecting our customers.

We get hundreds of visits from Fashion designers at Vogue Fabrics Warehouse. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know a few dozen of them personally and I have come to learn a few things about what they do well and what mistakes they make. I have especially learned that fashion design and having an apparel line is not an easy business. But once you learn the tricks it can bring a lot of satisfaction, purpose, esteem, fame, and hopefully- profit. Recently, we were visited by a young designer who was just starting her business.
